Installer & Software Services

You may cancel or stop the process using designated options; however, forced termination may result in residual files, which must be manually removed. If you proceed with the installation, you acknowledge and agree to set Easy2Convert as your default search engine and accept related offers as outlined in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted remain with the Company.

User Commitments
By using the Software, you agree not to:

- Interfere with security measures or attempt to bypass restrictions.
- Introduce malware, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access, along with potential legal consequences.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. You assume full responsibility for using the Software.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability under any claim shall not exceed $10 or the amount paid for the Software, whichever is lower.
Software Updates
The Company may introduce updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software at its discretion. By using the Software, you consent to automatic updates, and the Company is not liable for any resulting changes.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software, and all granted rights will be revoked.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv. Claims must be filed within twelve months or be permanently barred.
Assignment & Waivers
You may not transfer these Terms. The Company reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
